The bottom measures 9" wide x 9" deep, and the height (from the bottom to where the straps start) is 8" tall. There is a 20" drop from the top of the strap (where it rests on the shoulder) to the opening of the bag. And the bag measures approximately 52" from the bottom of one side, up and around the strap to the bottom of the other side. I'm always amazed at how much can fit in these bags!
