How to Use:
1. Apply 1-2 drops of your favorite essential oil to the lava rock bead and rub it in.
2. Allow the oil to soak into the lava rock for 5 - 10 minutes before wearing.
3. Enjoy! Your natural body heat will diffuse the oils throughout the day.

If you would like to change essential oils, simply allow the current scent to fade and then add your new oil. Or you can always add other oils to your existing one to make a mixed blend.
